New Modtech 1 Touch recipe
All fully auto machines are now with 1 touch die recipe. Machine sets itself for new die with absolute one touch in touch screen. Creating new recipe is never so easy; following only 5 to 6 easy steps the machine intuitively records a new parameter set.
AUTOLub
Fully automatic, multi nozzle fully programmable 3 axis spray nozzle fitted with positions memorized for each and every die. Lube system also takes existing spray cans to support existing spray mechanism.
AUTOCIamp
Magnetic and Hydraulic quick clamping systems to aid faster die switching time minimising die set up time.
AUTOEject
Fully programmable with position and pressure, ejector cylinder can work at multiple times to adapt special dies.
AUTOCor
Machine fitted with fully programmable adaptable core / loose piece cylinders with provision of up to 4 cylinders (hydraulics / pneumatic). Core Push Pull Sequence is also freely selectable.
AUTOKool
Wide range of accurate and rapid cooling control for wax reservoir, machine platens and die halves with complete control from single PLC touch screen.
AUTOPick
Automode is enhanced by world class fast pick and place robotic systems. Multi axis servo driven all electric actuators with seamless integration with machine touch screen is available with a wide range of vacuum and finger grippers. Cost effective water chute with water jet and plastic conveyors are also available for components that can be dropped from height.
AUTOFeed
Topping up of wax to the reservoir / slab melter is fully automatic making these range of machine practically human intervention free even for resources.
